The Vision of Escaflowne is considered an classic anime among several anime fans. It was not until recently that I actually watched it. My friend Diana told me that it was her favorite anime and that shes been wanting to cosplay a Escaflowne group since its premiered in 1996. She lend me the DVD box set and I watched the whole series with in a few days! It has everything from love triangles to mecha battles. Being the girly girl I am, I fell in love with the character Princess Millerna who is in love with Allen Schezar. Her outfit reminds me of an 80's princess with her hot-pink head band!

We did a photoshoot at AX 07 with the beautiful and talented Laura of (Just-a-Dream.net). Her photography is simply romantic <3 I was so ecstatic to run down and meet her for the shoot that I forgot to attach the two long strips that go on her dress haha!
