This entire costume started with the crown. I loved the way the crown turned out so I decided to make a costume to match it! I had also been wanting to try a new method of making more realistic wings. In order to achieve that I tattered the edges and burned holes through them. The dress I made was a very simple a-line design with golden trim. To add more interest I added a beaded belt that sits low on the hips. I really liked how the whole costume turned out. It was hard to let this one go when I sold it.
