When my sister and I first saw Chobits, we instantly fell in love with Chii and Freya's costumes. We decided to replicate the black and white outfits that the sisters wear based on a manga drawing. I went into great detail trying to get the costume to look as close to the drawing as possible. Since they only wore stockings we had to improvise with the shoes, pulling from other pictures in the manga. I chose black leather boots which she wears with a few of her other outfits. The costume is made of black taffeta with pleather strips for the belts.
