CUSTOM INQUIRIES :
To place a custom order with us, please send us an e-mail (lillyxandra@hotmail.com) with the following information:
1. Tell us in detail what you are looking for.
We take orders from anime and video game character cosplays; replica costumes, and accessories from the sci-fi genre and motion pictures; and fantasy wear such as fairies, angels and mermaids. Please provide ample reference pictures or links to pictures. Be as specific as possible. The more info we have up front, the more we can make the item accurate to your expectations. Please include color specifications or any other specifications you might be looking for.
We can also design an original costume for you. To help you get started, answer the following questions:
A. What type of creature would you like to base it off of? (fairy, elf, cat, mermaid, etc.)
B. What kind of look do you want to accomplish? (elegant, gothic, punk, sexy, etc.)
C. What colors would you like to use? (monochromatic, fall color seam, complementary colors, etc.)
D. Do you have any pictures or artwork that you would like to take elements from?
After we get a general idea of what you would like, we can send you sketches.
2. We will need a number of your body measurements. Please utilize our size chart to measure yourself. (Click here)
3. Please be aware of our turnaround time for custom and made-to-order items.
3 - 4 weeks for accessories (such as hairpieces, foam Chii ears, etc.)
4 - 5 weeks for wings.
6 weeks for a complete costume.
We begin working on a project upon receipt of payment.
4. Give us an arrival deadline for your order. We advise you to set the arrival date to at least 1 week before the event in which you will be needing the item (3 days at the very least). This is to guarantee that it arrives on time.
5. After receiving the information above we will quote a price for the inquiry you have made. We quote all costumes with strong regard to upholding a standard of supreme quality at all times.
6. Payment Information
We accept the following methods of payment:
Paypal - our preferred payment method! It is the easiest and fastest way (highly recommended).

For orders totaling over $500, a payment plan can be arranged upon request. In that case, you have the option of paying through 3 (three) installments (unless otherwise specified). 1/3 of the total as the first down payment, 1/3 during the creation of your project, and 1/3 upon completion. Please note that we do not ship any items until they have been fully paid for.
Money orders and checks - Please note that the check must be cleared first (7 - 10 business days) before an item can be made or shipped.
7. Shipping Information
All items will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail ( 2 - 5 days delivery depending on location), for international orders we prefer International Priority Mail. Orders over $150 will be insured; insurance on all orders upon request. Any other shipping methods accepted upon request.
8. We do NOT accept refunds or returns.
Because of the personal and intensely customized nature of the products we offer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We want to assure you that our quality is guaranteed. If for any reason you are unhappy with the item you receive, please let us know and we will try to fix the problem for you.

Size Chart
1. Bust - measure all the way around the circumference of the widest part of your chest
2. Waist - measure all the way around the smallest part of your waist, making sure you can slip one finger between the tape and your body
3. Hips - measure all the way around the widest part of your hips
4. Arm length - measure from the tip of your shoulder/shoulder seam to the end of your wrist
5. Leg length - measure from your waist to floor
Additional helpful measurements for us to know:
waist to crotch - measure from your waist down to crotch
shoulder to waist - from the base of your neck/top of shoulder down to the smallest part of your waist
arm width - measure around the largest part of your upper arm
leg width - measure around the largest part of your thigh
General height
shoe size
