This was my second cosplay costume, and I would have to say it’s one of my most popular ones. I just fell in love with Chii and thought this particular costume was very pretty. I made these matching costumes in the fall of 2003 and showed them off in the summer at AX. For Haruka being Chii was so much fun. Everywhere you go you hear people whispering “chiiiii” all around you. The costume is made of cream-colored taffeta and cotton.
