Cellophane on Faerie Wings

It's me Caro from Germany! You made for me the Clow Card Windy and the Clow Card Firey Costume. You know?
I have a question. I'm enthusiastic about the fairy wings you made for the Clow Card Windy costume. What are this wings made of? Is it ordinary cellophane, because they changing their colors so wonderful. I have never seen such foil in our shops. Where did I get such color changing foil?

For very natural looking faerie wings cellophane is a great material to use! I used opalescent cellophane for your Windy wings. That kind of cellophane is usually used for gift wrapping paper. You can buy it in rolls at stores like "Hallmark" or on-line at stores like these:
